Where your data comes from

Usually directly from you. If you are a contact person for a client or business partner, we may have received your data (name, position, business email address and phone number) from your employer or principal, or from publicly available sources such as the company's website.

Recipients

Service providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel Inc. (hosting), Proton AG (email), our accounting office and invoicing tools, and, where needed, subcontractors involved in a project. Law firms and public authorities may also receive data where the law requires it.

Transfers outside the EEA

Proton AG is based in Switzerland, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection. Vercel Inc. is based in the United States; data is transferred there under the Commission's decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or under standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission. You can get information about these safeguards and a copy of them by writing to technelabs@protonmail.com.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy of it,
  • have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected,
  • have your data erased when there is no longer a basis for processing it,
  • restrict processing,
  • port the data you provided to us, where we process it on the basis of a contract or consent,
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, uodo.gov.pl) or with the supervisory authority in the country where you live.

Where we process data on the basis of consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. Send requests to technelabs@protonmail.com. We will reply within one month at the latest.

Is providing data mandatory

Providing data is voluntary but necessary for us to reply to an enquiry and to conclude and perform a contract. The obligation to provide invoicing details follows from tax law.

Automated decisions

We don't make decisions based solely on automated processing, and we don't profile the people whose data we process.
